Sama — the dieta in its own words

Sama: master-plant dieta, energetic mastery, connection with plant teachers — or simply a period of fasting. The verb is samati, to diet, to fast.

In medicine speech the dieta has architecture:

  • sama nete — its worlds
  • sama paro — its river
  • sama xobo — its house
  • sama tari — its clothing

The dieter is dressed in the dieta.

Culture note. Every significant plant has its ibo — its owner. One asks before taking. That single fact — plants as subjects with owners, not substances — is the deepest thing this module teaches.
