Kano and niwe — structure and wind

Two energies, precisely distinguished. Kano is structure: in daily life, the wooden roof-frame of a house; in medicine, the connection structure — 'like an electrical cable' — through which energy travels. What travels through it is niwe: wind, or energy with wind's quality. The kano connects worlds: ani sama kanoya — the great dieta has its kano, joining your nete and the plant's nete.
Culture note. Speakers describe the niwe of a plant or of a person — the energy each one carries. Cold (matsi) energies are associated with imbalance; many plants work by bringing heat and vitality.
